We’ve just completed a three-year mission plan for the music ministry and are looking to begin another plan.  Your input is valuable in helping us know how we can “enhance the proclamation of God’s word through music.”  Please complete the included survey which will be used to help guide the direction of the next mission plan.  Surveys should be completed by August 10th.  Thank you!

The Egermeier’s Bible Story Book readings for next week are:  Jacob’s Dream, page 44, and Stories About the Kingdom of Heaven, page 407.  Parents, will you invest ten minutes a day in your children by reading God’s word with them? All it takes is time.  I’ll bet you’re willing to give it.

Calling all ACTION for LSSM volunteers!  There will be a Regional 3 Meeting July 30 at the Alpena Golf Club.  It will start at 11:00 a.m. with lunch at 12 noon (Dutch treat).  Please contact Bernie Wagner for reservations or for more information at 595-6835.

This week we join in prayer with the other LARCC churches (Grace Lutheran, Trinity Episcopal, First Congregational, St. Anne, St. Mary, St. Bernard and St. John the Baptist Catholic churches) for Altar Servers at St. Anne Catholic Church.
